We are base in Vietnam, Seychelles, Singapore and Canada.But it was not built overnight.
ShipOffer has been changed its name and key personnels few times during its operation to be suitable for the development of company and adaptable to the shipping market and the economy of the world.
However, ShipOffer is a well-known name in bulk cargo shipping industry until now.ShipOffer is proud to be a partner of many famous enterprises in the world.
We transport their exporting and importing cargoes from country to country and region to region.
